Hemodialysis water purification equipment adopts two-stage reverse osmosis technology, the quality of produced water meets the requirements of YY 0572-2015 Water for Hemodialysis and Related Treatments, American AAMI/ASAIO standards and ISO13959 water for hemodialysis, the produced water total number of bacteria ≤100 CFU/mL, endotoxin<0.25EU/mL.

- The whole machine is skid-mounted , including pretreatment system, reverse osmosis system, circulation system and disinfection system.
- According to different water source quality, customer can choose single-stage, double-stage reverse osmosis system, ion removal rate ≥ 99%.
- PLC+touch screen intelligent automatic control system, full automatic operation.
- Concentrated water recycling function, the system recovery rate can reach 85%.
- Automatic + manual operation mode. It can realize 1st stage RO and 2nd stage RO two independent working mode to ensure uninterrupted water supply to dialysis machines.
- Adopting direct supply mode between all stages of membrane, purified water directly supply to dialysis machine with full-circulation constant-pressure pipeline, and adopts orbital welding technology to ensure the inner wall of the pipeline is smooth, and all time fresh water for dialysis, effectively avoiding microorganisms super breeding.
- Whole machine is made of sanitary stainless steel, the unique dead-end design of reverse osmosis system, and pipeline Tri-clamp connection, the structure is compact, simple and beautiful.
- Multi-functional monitoring device can realize online monitoring of water quality conductivity, flow rate, pressure and other key parameters.
- Direct supply mode and water storage tank recirculation mode for customer’s choice
- One-key start automated chemical disinfection function and disinfection time record function, pipe network heating disinfection function is optional.
- Pipe network can be supplied with material of UPVC, SUS304, SUS316L and PEX-A material according to customer’s requirement.
