WFI Storage & Distribution System
The storage and distribution system are the core part of the whole purified water system and injection water system. It main consist of storage tank, distribution pump, UV lamp, POU(point of use), heat exchanger, sampling valve, diaphragm valve, online monitor instruments and loop line. Its main function are to ensure that the pressure, flow and temperature delivered to the POU meet the requirements.
The distribution system uses online monitoring instruments, include flow, pressure, temperature, conductivity and TOC to conduct safety performance, real-time monitoring and trend analysis of water quality, and effectively control micro-organism by pasteurization.

- Pipe line no dead leg and no low flow rate area.
- Return water online monitor temperature, conductivity, pressure and flow.
- Proper slope of the pipeline design, it must be comply with 3D rule to ensure drain ability.
- Periodic sterilization for the storage tank and distribution loop by heat disinfection or Ozone.
- The storage tank equipped with electric heating 0.22 micron air filter.
- The loop pipe is made of SS304 or SS316L, with an external roughness of less than 0.8 μ Inner surface roughness is less than 0.6 μ m.
