200LPH Multi-Effect Distilled Water Machine Exported to El Salvador

This 200LPH multi-effect distilled water machine is customized to meet the customer’s production water requirements. It adopts shell-and-tube heat exchange “flash evaporation” to convert raw water into steam, while condensing pure steam into water for injection. Fully compliant with the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and local pharmaceutical industry water standards, it provides stable and reliable high-purity distilled water for production processes such as injections and sterile preparations, safeguarding pharmaceutical production safety from the source.

Core Technologies

  • Multi-Effect Evaporation System: Equipped with shell-and-tube evaporative heat exchangers made of 316L stainless steel, the system heats purified water into pure steam through multi-effect heat recovery technology, which is then condensed into high-purity distilled water. It can deeply remove dissolved salts, pyrogens, microorganisms, and endotoxins from water, with the produced water’s conductivity stably ≤0.1μS/cm, meeting the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical industry for water for injection.
  • Pure Steam Sterilization System: A pure steam generator is installed at the front end of the distilled water delivery pipeline and water storage tank. Online sterilization is performed using 121℃ saturated pure steam to completely eliminate residual microorganisms. Additionally, steam traps and condensers are equipped to ensure no secondary contamination during the sterilization process, maintaining consistent water quality stability.

Core Technical Advantages
