Purification Process
Process flow: Raw water → Pre-treatment (PP filter + activated carbon + softening + PP filter) → Double stage reverse osmosis (RO) → EDI electrodeionization (optional) → Water storage tank → Transfer pump → UV sterilization → Terminal 0.22 μm microfiltration → Water point.
Reverse osmosis technology: Using imported RO membranes to intercept 99% of inorganic salts and organic matter, with a water conductivity of less than 2.0 μS/cm. This RO EDI plant ensures the highest quality of purified water suitable for medical and research purposes.
EDI deep desalination: The EDI water treatment system requires no chemical regeneration, achieving ultrapure water with a resistivity of ≥ 15MΩ·cm. This makes it ideal for reagent preparation and precision instrument cleaning, especially in settings like hospitals and laboratories, where water quality is critical.
