Healthcare
The production of every drop of water is related to the trust of life. Through cutting-edge membrane separation technology and real-time monitoring systems, Molewater ensures that medical water at every stage meets the highest safety standards.
In healthcare settings, water treatment systems must meet extremely high requirements for sterility and low endotoxin levels. Even the slightest deviation in water quality can render the results of sophisticated biochemical analyses invalid or lead to serious iatrogenic infections. Meanwhile, core departments such as hemodialysis units and operating rooms rely heavily on the continuity and reliability of water supply, demanding that the equipment has strong operational stability and emergency redundancy capabilities.
Additionally, in the face of frequent compliance audits by regulatory authorities, medical institutions need the system to have complete and automated data recording and traceability functions to ensure the legal compliance of long-term operations.
How we help our clients treat Waste water In healthcare

Relevant Technologies
In healthcare scenarios, reverse osmosis (RO) is the cornerstone for removing more than 99% of ions and microorganisms. The equipment adopts RO cycle enhancement technology and optimizes the pressure distribution through multi-stage membrane modules. It can effectively remove inorganic salts, heavy metals, and bacteria from raw water, providing stable “base water” for subsequent ultrapurification.
Combining electrodialysis and ion exchange, it uses an electric field to drive the directional migration of ions and realizes the self-regeneration of resins. It replaces the traditional mixed bed that requires acid – base regeneration, ensuring that the resistivity of the produced water is stably maintained between 16 and 18.2 MΩ·cm. It is a core green process for preparing “purified water”.
Aiming at the extremely sensitive pyrogens (endotoxins) and nucleases in medical water, a microfiltration membrane with an extremely small molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) is used. It ensures that the produced water has an endotoxin level of < 0.001 EU/ml, preventing endotoxins from interfering with biochemical tests or cell culture.
Adopting a Siemens control system, it can monitor conductivity, flow rate, and pressure online. The system automatically adjusts the pump speed and provides early warnings for the service life of consumables. This avoids the failure of expensive biochemical analyzers caused by water quality fluctuations.
More Benifits for our clients
Customized Solutions: Molewater provides customized process design services based on your local raw water quality, available space for the equipment, on-site pipeline layout, and your specific needs.
Water Quality Compliance Guarantee: The modular process accurately removes 99.9% of pollutants in water. The water production process can meet different medical water standards such as USP, EP, JP, and ChP according to customer requirements, achieving a 100% compliance rate for medical water.
Return on Investment (ROI):By replacing the purchase of external pure water, it can save USD 40,000 – 300,000 annually in procurement and transportation costs. The water recovery rate is ≥ 70%. Combined with resource optimization design, the production capacity stability is increased by 15%, and the equipment investment can be recovered within 1.5-2 years.
