PW & WFI loop design Features:
01 Comprehensive System Components
The system includes a storage tank, distribution pump, UV lamp, heat exchanger, point-of-use (POU) outlets, sampling and diaphragm valves, and a sanitary loop pipeline. These elements are essential for maintaining the performance and reliability of the WFI water plant and purified water systems.
02 Advanced Online Monitoring and Control
Integrated instruments continuously monitor flow, pressure, temperature, conductivity, and TOC. Real-time data supports trend analysis, enhances safety, and enables precise quality control of the WFI distribution system. Microorganisms are effectively controlled through pasteurization or ozone sterilization.
03 Hygienic Design for Contamination Prevention
The piping design no dead legs and low-flow zones, with proper slopes following the 3D rule for complete drainage. Return water is also monitored online for critical parameters (temperature, conductivity, pressure and flow).
04 Sterile Environment Maintenance
The WFI generation system includes periodic thermal or ozone sterilization of the storage tank and distribution loop. The tank is equipped with electric heating and a 0.22-micron hydrophobic air filter to prevent airborne contamination.
05 High-Grade Materials and Finishing
All loop piping is constructed from SS304 or SS316L stainless steel, with an outer roughness <0.8 μm and inner surface roughness <0.6 μm, ensuring a smooth, hygienic flow path.
