500LPH Hemodialysis Pure Water Equipment for Cameroon Hospital
This 500LPH pure water machine is a core medical device providing high-purity water for hemodialysis. It adopts the core process of “pretreatment + double-stage reverse osmosis”, strictly adhering to the YY 0572-2015 and AAMI water standards, and efficiently removes ions, microorganisms, endotoxins, organic matter and other pollutants from the raw water. The conductivity of the produced water is ≤5μS/cm and the endotoxin is ≤0.025EU/mL, meeting the standards for hemodialysis water.
Pretreatment unit: It is respectively a multi-media filter for removing suspended solids, activated carbon for dechlorination and softening for hardness removal, and improving the feed water quality of reverse osmosis
Core processing module: Dual-stage reverse osmosis (RO) equipped with a stainless steel frame, achieving deep desalination and pure water preparation.
Intelligent control cabinet: A stainless steel cabinet with PLC +HMI touch screen, capable of real-time monitoring of key parameters such as water production process and conductivity.
