Pretreatment Unit

The dialysis pure water machine is equipped with a multimedia filter to remove suspended solids, an activated carbon filter to eliminate chlorine, off-colors and odors, and a softening filter to reduce water hardness. These processes improve the inlet water quality for reverse osmosis and extend the service life of RO membranes.

Core Treatment Module

The equipment adopts a stainless steel frame integrated with two-stage reverse osmosis (RO) for deep desalination and pure water production. It not only meets medical-grade hygiene requirements, resists corrosion in water treatment environments, but also provides stable equipment support, adapting to the strict standards of medical/dialysis scenarios.

Intelligent Control Cabinet

Equipped with a stainless steel cabinet with PLC + HMI touch screen, the device can real-time monitor the water treatment process and key parameters such as conductivity. The status alarm function enables one-click start/stop promptly, ensuring the safety of dialysis pure water production.
