Custom-developed for the core water supply needs of hemodialysis treatment in Moroccan medical institutions, this 1500L double reverse osmosis (RO) hemodialysis water treatment system adopts a dual-stage RO core process combined with a precision pre-treatment system to conduct multi-stage filtration, desalination and impurity removal of raw water. It strictly complies with the United States Pharmacopeia (USP), European Pharmacopeia (EP) and Moroccan National Health Standard (NM 08.0.300), providing high-purity, low-endotoxin dedicated water for hemodialysis treatment and comprehensively safeguarding the safety of hemodialysis therapy and patients’ health.

Core Technologies
All water-contacting components of the system are made of medical-grade stainless steel, and the frame and auxiliary structures are constructed with 304 stainless steel, ensuring non-toxic material safety, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. In terms of process, it features a combined configuration of three-stage pre-treatment (quartz sand filtration + activated carbon adsorption + softening filtration) and dual-stage reverse osmosis. First, the three-stage pre-treatment efficiently removes macromolecular impurities such as sediment, residual chlorine and organic matter from raw water; the first-stage RO then eliminates over 99% of dissolved salts and colloidal pollutants, and the second-stage RO deeply retains residual impurities. The final product water maintains a stable conductivity of ≤0.05μS/cm and an endotoxin content of ≤0.03EU/ml, fully meeting the extreme purity and safety requirements for hemodialysis water.
The system adopts product water pipe network circulation technology with a 24/7 continuous circulation and delivery design, keeping the product water flowing constantly in the pipe network to fundamentally eliminate stagnant water residue and ensure fresh, up-to-standard water quality at every water outlet. It is also equipped with a peracetic acid chemical disinfection process that regularly disinfects the circulating pipe network and water-contacting components, completely killing residual microorganisms, bacterial spores and pyrogens. Additionally, the system is fitted with 24-hour uninterrupted monitoring sensors that conduct real-time monitoring of product water purity, pressure, flow rate and endotoxin content. In case of abnormal data, an alarm is triggered immediately with automatic shutdown, providing all-round protection for hemodialysis water safety.

The equipment features an integrated modular design, integrating functional units such as raw water pre-treatment, dual-stage reverse osmosis, product water circulation pipe network and precise delivery. Its compact size is adapted to the layout of diagnosis and treatment spaces in small and medium-sized medical institutions in Morocco. The pipeline connection adopts sanitary quick-install joints, and the overall pipe network layout is optimized with no dead corners or blind ends, which not only meets the operational requirements of product water pipe network circulation technology but also complies with GMP and medical equipment hygiene management specifications, facilitating daily maintenance and disinfection operations.
