An integrated CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) system is installed in the piping, membrane modules, and storage units. Using 121 °C saturated pure steam circulation for sterilization combined with food-grade acid/alkali cleaning solutions, it thoroughly destroys residual microorganisms and pyrogens. Sanitary steam traps and condensate recovery devices ensure no secondary contamination during cleaning and sterilization while enabling condensate reuse for energy efficiency.
