Industrial 15TPH 18.25MΩ Ultrapure Water Treatment System RO EDI Mixbed Filtration

This water treatment system was design to make high purity water for new materials industry. It adopts pretreatment filters + double stage RO +EDI+ ion exchange column to get ultra pure water. The whole system is PLC+HMI touch screen automatic control, simple operation and save labor cost.

Features of the ultrapure water system

Functions for main filter parts

Mutimedia filter : It is mainly used to remove particles, colloids, suspended matter, turbidity, etc., so that the turbidity of the effluent is <1NTU, SDI≤5.
Activated carbon filter: Activated carbon has a strong adsorption and filtration performance, and has a strong adsorption effect on residual chlorine, color, odor, organic matter, microorganisms, etc.
Precision filter: to prevent suspended solids damage the high pressure pump shell and ro membrane
Reverse Osmosis membrane: The reverse osmosis membrane is made of internationally renowned brands and made of polyamide composite membrane with a desalting rate of ≥99%.
EDI module: Deep filtration to make pure water resistivity higher than 15MΩ.
Mix bed: Polishing cation and anion resins to make the produce water reach 18.25MΩ.
